After completing a Feasibility Study for the conversion of the property formally occupied by the PR Conservatory of Music into a phased commercial development (branded “Cronos”), A+UD scope of work was extended to develop Schematic and Preliminary Design and a cost opinion to assist PRIDCO in establishing a development pro-forma as well as well as completion of a “Consulta de Ubicación” process (approved by the PR Planning in October 2016), in order to allow for the development of 16,450 sm of office/commercial uses on a public-use parcel, distributed in two six level structures and a smaller 2 level one, with a parking facility for 540 cars.
