After completing the master plan (Feb 2021) for the Plaza Cellars Relocation @ Chardón 210, A+UD was engaged in the programming and design of a series of improvements to the LBDV store (8,450 sf), the main tenant of approximately 10 occupying the commercial shopping facility. They included the architectural remodeling of the interiors, modifications to means of egress, new furniture, mechanical and electrical systems renovations, additions of canopies over the main public entrances, as well as upgrading the store exterior image /signage.
