A+UD was engaged by the client to design a new residence around its art collection and family needs. The house is comprised of two structure, the main living facility, segregated two main volumes by a pair of exposed concrete walls and a skylight that also aligns a primary axis of the parti with the pavilion in the rear, which houses an office, a gym and a theater. After a thorough design process with the owner, the Phantom Estate is under construction with an expected completion of early 2026.
