A+UD assisted ESSPR, the highest-volume Ophthalmic ASC in the Caribbean, to analyze its leased facility in Santurce and its rehabilitation potential considering the ASC鈥檚 operational needs and current construction codes and regulations. A+UD produced a report defining programmatic needs and concluding relocation to a new, one-story facility would better serve the operation in the long term. Subsequent due-diligence efforts for potential properties were also performed as part or A+UD services for this client.
