A+UD developed a thorough planning effort to define programmatic requirements for the relocation of Plaza Cellars headquarters, a leading wine wholesale and retail operation in Puerto Rico, from Guaynabo to Chardon 210, a 45-year-old commercial property in Hato Rey. Effort entailed analyzing improvements and use distribution of approximately 65,000sf which included Plaza Cellars’ administrative offices and the reprogramming of the Boutique du Vin retail operation, the private wine cellars and other building tenants.
