In another collaboration with AECOM and with SASAKI, A+UD applied the achievements of the Tren Urbano Joint Development Program and its local planning experience to develop the RRNS waterfront area transferred to the PRPA by the US Navy. A new Transportation hub for island ferries, cruises, fuel also integrated a mixed-use development along the former military base waterfront using Joint Development Strategies to capitalize waterfront development in the former Military Base.
