The Master Plan for Plaza Food Systems provided the strategy for the reorganization and expansion of a major 3PL distribution company which was facing challenges as a result of damages caused by hurricane Mar铆a. Based on the long-term growth projections of the company, the Master Plan proposed an aggressive restructuring and expansion of the warehousing facilities, requiring additional property acquisitions. The adopted Master Plan is under implementation, with A+UD providing the architectural, permitting, and construction management support.
