After performing a series of due-diligence efforts to assess if potential properties would be adequate for a new, state-of-the-art distribution center to bring PPC in for the next century, A+UD recommended that the SSEIP be selected for the consolidation of PPC warehouses in the San Juan Metropolitan Area. A+UD commenced Architectural Programming, Master Planning and Conceptual Design efforts in 2025 to assist PPC in defining a state-of-the-art distribution center for the next 50 years and consolidate four facilities currently supporting their operations.
