A+UD designed a new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) proposed in a 36,000sf, 1-story commercial property to be rehabilitated in San Juan, for the highest-volume Ophthalmic ASC in the Caribbean. Developed in a Design-Assist implementation strategy allowed the owner to manage budget and a demanding implementation calendar within a complex construction market.
