The Conservatory of Music for Puerto Rico (CMPR) faced a challenge when contract conditions changed once construction of its Academic Building (Phase III) had begun. A+UD successfully assisted the CMPR in managing construction effort, negotiate claims and undertake necessary redesign activities to achieve Substantial Completion on-time and on-budget. The CMPR may be one of the most complex facilities on-island from a multidisciplinary coordination and design development standpoint.
