The project occupies a long, flat parcel within Ponce’s tropical lowlands, where a loose urban fabric meets open land and dense vegetation. Its roadside condition and elongated site establish the primary orientation of the project.

A commercial project in Ponce organized as a precise intervention within an elongated roadside parcel, bringing existing fabric, new construction, landscape, retail and service into one legible field.
The long, flat site sits between a loose built fabric and open tropical land. The project strengthens that condition rather than erasing it: a clear circulation spine, articulated facade, restrained material palette and a sequence of retail, tasting and support spaces create a building that reads simultaneously as object, threshold and extension of the site.
