A+UD was asked to by CPS to assist with redesigning Parkville School’s cafeteria and redistributing academic facilities to increase capacity, improve quality of the space and improve spatial efficiencies in a tight urban campus. Both projects were designed and executed on-time and on-budget in a demanding construction schedule and in a challenging market for the construction industry after recommending a negotiated contract with a Construction Manager. PRAR collaborated with A+UD on the academic facilities redistribution effort.
