Phase I of A+UD’s master planning effort reconstructed 16,000sf of PFS’ original dry warehouse collapsed by hurricane Maria in 2017. With 40’ ceilings, the new structure as designed to increase capacity and to lay the initial infrastructure element of the long-term Master Plan by incorporating the future dry loading dock and staging area. Structure benefits from positive pressure to reduce warehouse contamination.
