The PR Government Development Bank (GDB) approached A+UD to undertake an architectural programming effort that could formally establish the needs of the PR Department of Justice, the State Registry (Registro de la Propiedad) and the Special Investigations Unit (NIE in Spanish) as these were scattered in several structures and lacked proper documentation to establish its needs. This thorough and detailed analysis was summarized in a Space Program Report, which provided the base for a site and building selection process to acquire a facility for its new headquarters.
