A+UD developed the circulation network and lot subdivision plan for SSP to implement a state-of-the-art Industrial Park with outstanding access to PR22 and proximity to the San Juan Ports. The SEEIP Master Plan and Infrastructure Works also considers the construction of a 13.2kv back-up duct bank fed by solar panels on the proposed industrial developments which could become a full micro-grid independent of the island鈥檚 power sources. SSP will keep the title, operation and maintenance of the proposed roads in private hands and will control access to the Industrial Park. The street sections reflect the hierarchy in volume and intensity of traffic projected for the lots with industrial uses, as well as comfortable truck turning radii are provided at the accesses to the lots. A new intersection will grant access to SSEIP from PR22 and PR866 to provide privileged access to future owners and tenants. Construction commencement expected in late 2025.
