Subway’s franchisor for Puerto Rico intended to relocate their central office from its former location in Hato Rey to an existing 3-story building at 1569 Alda St. in San Juan. A+UD was engaged to assist in the preparation of as-built documentation of the new structure as well as the development of an Architectural Programming effort that served as the basis for subsequent design/space planning efforts related to the interior design of the new Headquarters for Sub-Island Development, franchisor of Subway in PR.
