Since 2022, A+UD has been part of a multidisciplinary team (T&TH, DLR & DCMC) selected by the Puerto Rico Department of Education (PRDE) to provide Project Management Services as part of the Project Management Oversight role led by T&TH since early 2022. Our staff members have been exposed to the complexity of navigating through the regulatory environment established by FEMA for Hurricane Mar铆a recovery funds and provided to the T&TH team valuable insights on the PR market, culture and regulatory environment.
